Tarts do well at markets

Last night I went to the business plan presentation at Rhodes (Sydney head office) where only a small number of people turned up. However I was chatting to the other folk there where one group was making soy tarts and doing really well with them. They tell me that they sell very well. They have been at Glebe markets two weeks in a row now and are very happy with their retail sales.
The tarts they do in some sort of shallow rounded based baking tin and use the usual candle recipe.
They also mentioned that people love the passionfruit fragrance (a new one from CandleLyte).

But last night was all about the presentation on how to build the residual income side of things of the business. (And explaining the compensation plan which has always been a problem of mine!) I have taken notes on my laptop and once I make sense of it will post it to this blog.

Hopefully I'll make it to the Thursday meeting where more about how to build the residual income side of things will be discussed.
